  I rolled through here on 7-23-2019 for breakfast.  When I pulled in to the parking lot there was an employee who was powerwashing the driveway.  I was pleased.  People cleaning the outside of the restaurant.  :)  I asked if breakfast was still being served and he indicated that it was.  So, I pull up to the speaker only to be greeted by a very friendly voice.  I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, hashbrowns and a large sweet tea (also known as the breakfast of ex-champions).  I get my total and pull around only to be greeted in person by a very friendly cashier.  She accepted my payment, making polite small talk.  I pulled to the next window and picked up my order.  It was correct!!  The McMuffin was nice and hot.  The hashbrowns were hot too.  The tea was sweet, just like I like it.  Thanks for making my trip better with a nice and hot breakfast.

  I ordered a smokehouse bbq chicken with American cheese meal with Med fries and med tea
  
  I received a smokehouse bbq quarter pounder with Swiss cheese and a med tea instead NO FRIES
  not only was the sandwich wrong but no fries.
  
  I got it to go and I was already up the road a ways before I realized it
  It will be a long while before come back here again
  
  The lady at the order counter seemed a little slow
  I believe she may need to be retrained
  
  I blame it on management for poor training

  What an amazing, clean, pleasantly staffed, well run McDonalds!  My FOOD was AMAZING. But that wasn't even the best part. The STAFF was so professional and PLEASANT even though they were in their last 10 minutes of operation. I can't believe how kind they were, even going out of their way to get me change for the toll roads I was expecting later in my trip. Shaniqua and Jerry really made my random stop off, at what I thought would be a regular McDonalds, above and beyond what I expected.
  HEY McDonalds! CHECK OUT THE TALENT AT THIS LOCATION! If this were my business I would fast track both of these All Stars! I AM SO PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE! Wow!

  This location in the located right off of the interstate I-95 at exit 33. Since it's recent remodel it really looks sleek and modern. The addition of touchscreens gives you the option to bypass the line at the counter and order and pay for your food there. I haven't had any issues with customer service, the employees have always been polite and my food has gotten to me in a timely manner.
  There's a gas station located directly next to it, so when you're traveling, it's kind like a one stop shop for gas and food.

  This place needs a good dang cleaning up. Bathrooms are aweful and management needs to do more in training the employees who are making the food and the ice cream items bc they are clueless night shift gesh. One guy saw him outside with his gloves on and went back inside with same gloves one,, pay attention to your workers Manager(s). People inside and outside are watching. Teach them better so when they leave your establishment they take with them good work ethics and not habits that will get them FIRED. Do Better please.
